We designed a fully automated system to generate lead magnets in the form of Google Slides presentations. By integrating Make.com with OpenAI and Google Slides, we create a workflow that starts with a simple user-submitted form and ends with a personalised presentation delivered straight to the prospect’s inbox. Here’s what we did:

  • Form Submission: We utilise Typeform to create an intuitive form where prospects can submit information such as their topic of interest, a brief summary, company name, and email address. This form serves as the starting point for the automation process.
  • AI Content Generation: Once a form is submitted, OpenAI’s GPT model is triggered to generate tailored content based on the user’s input. We carefully craft prompts to guide the AI in creating relevant, high-quality content that aligns with the prospect’s interests and needs.
  • Google Slides Automation: The AI-generated content is then automatically transferred to a pre-designed Google Slides template. Make.com facilitates this integration, ensuring that each slide is populated with the correct information, resulting in a polished and professional presentation.
